Hospital machine-readable files provide cash-price context. For MRI lumbar spine, the current range uses 96 Indiana hospital files, as of 2026-07-15. Savings comparisons use the typical hospital cash price, never an estimate of what insurance would cost a patient.
Indiana Health Prices is the state's official public APCD display. Where a mapped value is shown, it is a screening benchmark. The law's test uses the plan's average discounted network rate, so users must confirm with the plan.
